When you use our rate-check tool, we collect the information you enter into the quiz (vehicle details, driving history, current coverage, and similar) and, if you choose to request a comparison, your name, email, phone number, and address.

We also automatically collect some basic technical information (your general location, browser and device type, referring page, and UTM campaign parameters) to understand which content is helpful and to prevent abuse.

Your quiz answers are used only to generate a free, non-binding rate estimate.

If you submit the contact form, your information is shared with a licensed insurance agent or agency (which may include the operator of this site) so they can follow up with you about your options. We do not sell your information to third-party data brokers or unrelated marketers.

By checking the consent box and submitting the contact form, you're giving express written consent for InsuranceCheck.org and/or the licensed agent(s) it connects you with to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided. That includes phone calls, text messages, and email, and it includes calls or texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice, all to discuss insurance products and services.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, telling any agent who calls that you wish to be removed from their calling list, or emailing us at the address below.

Service providers that power this site: Supabase (database and backend hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (content delivery and security). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality obligations.

Licensed insurance agents or agencies, for the purpose of following up on rate comparison requests you submit.

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, access-controlled databases, and row-level security) to protect your information. We retain lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and comply with legal and business record-keeping obligations.
